Unleashed Power

The monster writhes, boils, bulk increasing,

Gathering, joining, green mouth foaming.

Momentum gaining, pushing, heaving, 

heading landward, pouncing, pounding,

Rising hurtling, sea wall crashing,

Boom! Spray bursts skyward, again, again.

Soaking the promenade with salty rain.
